Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in payroll management? Proserv, a leading consulting company specializing in business solutions and human resource management, is excited to announce an opening for a Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all payroll transactions efficiently.
  • Collect, calculate, and enter data to maintain and update payroll information.
  • Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages, and report on these.
  • Determine payroll liabilities by calculating employee income, social insurance deductions, unemployment, and workers’ compensation payments.
  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Handle all administrative tasks within the payroll department.
  • Create employee letters upon request (banks, employment letters, experience letters, and HR letters) and follow up with authorized persons for signature.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience (1-2 years).
  • Strong math skills with the ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation.

  • Location: Maadi
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays
