Identify and target potential partners, having should be well versed in the field of CPAAS and SAAS partnership landscape that includes:
Local aggregators, Mobile operators, Eco system enablers (incubators, accelerators, startups, etc.), Marketplaces, Technology Companies (application developers), Complementary products providers, Large Tech platform providers & Content marketing agencies
Perform risk and opportunity analysis, technical gap analysis, cash flow etc.
Analyze cost/price data from suppliers/subcontractors, with the ability to generate comparative data (historical costs and other metrics) as part of the cost/price analysis.
Liaise with the Procurement department to negotiate with approved vendors / suppliers and subcontractors for various supplies / material as per project (pre/ post tender).
Transform corporate objectives into “key result areas” and build initiatives, projects, Products, and solutions to achieve those key results.
Develop multiple partnership frameworks such as:
Supplier Partnership, Reseller Partnership, System Integrators Partnership, Marketplace Partnership, ISV Partnership
Work jointly with internal departments to develop partnership agreements that clearly cover the standard form of partnership that includes, but not limited to:
Develop the structure of partnership tiers and levels, to motivate partners to reap the benefits of a higher level of partnership.
Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with the company’s objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering collaboration.
Ensure proper execution of the partnership, by collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product development and Management, and Legal to align partnership activities with overall business strategies.
As the partnership revenue grows, establish the required skills and resources to automate the process of partnership journey starting from partner identification, enablement, and onboarding till monitoring and managing their performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote partnerships and build brand awareness.
Provide guidance and support to internal teams on partner-related activities, including joint marketing campaigns, product integrations, and customer success initiatives.
5 to 7years of experience in partners, alliance, or digital products management
Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales within the IoT/ICT/BMS/Low Current/Facility Management/GIS/Remote Sensing/Smart Solutions or SAAS industry.
