Senior Property Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective Clients.
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Handling paperwork from presentations purchase agreements, closing statements to contracts.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Provides the management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years experience in real estate.
  • Age: 25-35.
  • Owning a car is a MUST.
  • Excellent command in English.
