In 2010, the company was founded as (Professional Service – PROSERV) by Dr. Ahmed El-Faramawy, as the first business consultancy in Egypt specialized in providing personnel services and HR solutions to corporates such as social insurance and labor law, and dealing with all governmental bodies.
PROSERV expanded to include the five main services: Outsourcing, Consultancy, Governmental Compliance Services, Learning and Development, and Recruitment.
