Professional Service – Proserv Company is now hiring IT Helpdesk with the below requirements,

  • Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users’ satisfaction
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software and Assign users to proper groups in Active Directory.
  • Maintain inventory of all IT equipment Hardware- software. Report the Missing items and take the necessary procedures to purchase the missing items.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Follow up with users to ensure the issue has been resolved.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Install maintain and configure network devices
  • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.


  • BA in IT, Computer Science, or similar relevant field
  • 1+ years experience as an IT Help Desk with exposure to IT infrastructure, monitoring systems, and service desk applications.
  • Have exposure to CCNA and MCSA topics, preferably certified
  • Excellent command of English language, verbally and in writing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational & Time Management Skills
