Hiring L&D Manager with the following criteria:

– Supervises the preparation of various training programs that align with the company’s vision, directions, and objectives (trainee guide – trainer guide – presented materials).

– Contracting with educational program designers to complete all the training programs necessary to establish the Proserv Training Academy.

– Collaborate with the business development department and provide the information they may need as they monitor their various sales.

– Attends meetings with clients and business development team members as needed to explain and clarify all the services provided by Proserv Academy to outline the contract.

– Approves training contracts before they are signed by the CEO from the technical aspects to ensure that the contract matches all the agreed terms in accordance with the initial work proposal

Supervises the implementation of external training contracts for companies as agreed and on schedule.

– Supervises the completion of all required training logistics by his subordinates.

– Supervises the preparation of a multiple and diverse database of external trainers for assistance as needed, concludes training contracts with them, and determines the value of the training day according to each training, in a way that preserves the property and intellectual rights of the company’s training materials.

– Supervises the preparation of the training needs that need to be provided to the company’s employees in coordination with the managers of the different departments and the human resources manager.

– Supervises the preparation of the training plan and internal training budget for the company’s employees and has it approved by the human resources manager and the board of directors.

– Working Hours: 9-6

– Weekend: Friday & Saturday
