Analyze RFQs (Request for Quotation) from Customers.
Assist Account Manager (Sales) during technical and commercial clarification pertaining to proposals with clients.
Prepare design schemes and solutions (point schedules, system architectures, BOQ’s etc.) based on the requirements and client requests.
Prepare costing as per standard process and tools.
Prepare offer documentation consistent with validated data provided by the sales team.
Closely work with sales for offer submissions complying with internal processes & necessary approvals in place before offer submission.
Prepares management presentations, effectively presenting Management Review packages for approvals.
To deliver a winning bid, with a clear scope with accurate technical and commercial commitments on time and within the defined tender budget that will result in a clearly defined and profitable contract.
Willingness to quickly adapt to sales stage situations, learn every day & support the sales team.
Keep liaison with the Project Manager for the on-site actual execution of projects and lessons learned to be able to prepare future competitive tenders. Assists projects in identifying scope deviations and change orders.
5-7 years of experience in IoT/ICT/BMS/Low Current/Facility Management/GIS/Remote Sensing/Smart Solutions systems.
