We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Specialist to prepare proposals (Arabic and English) in response to customer RFP or tender bids in coordination with the respective region’s sales manager and as per the directions of the OA division manager.
Internal follow-up with finance and logistics/Warehouse for smooth item deliveries to customers as per approved sales orders.
ABM Co. account registration and follow-up on corporate customer supplier portals as a vendor to supply OA product range and solutions.
Record keeping of sales-related documents.
Generating on-demand reports and keeping track of maintenance contract expiry dates and informing respective region’s sales team to take contract renewal action accordingly.
3-5 years of Proven Sales Coordination/ Pre Sales experience.
