Senior Hr Personnel
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Handle all the social insurance work ( full knowledge of the social insurance laws and regulations)
– Handle all the labor law assignments, employment contracts preparation, and labor law consultation
- Handle the contractual social insurance work
- Handle the payroll assignments, payroll computation, uploading payroll on the tax portal, prepare the annual reconciliation
- Dealing with the different authorities ( social insurance authority and contractual social insurance authority )
- Handling health and medical insurance ( the governmental authority)
- Having a very good connection with the governmental authorities
- Opening contractual social insurance files, managing the S.I inspection, and having full information on the S.I percentage
- Have a great knowledge of the tax law and related updates. Work permit preparation and managing the payroll tax inspection
