Senior Human Resources ( Experience not Manager )
1- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
2- 7+ years of experience in a relevant position
3- An HR certificate/diploma is a Must.
4- Mastery of the Microsoft Office package
5- Experience in Outsourcing Companies is preferable.
6- Experience in different HR functions such as Learning and development, Training Planning, Analysis & Manpower Planning & Organizational Development, and Talent Management is a must.
